Combining the digits 1,2,7 and 8, form the integers from 1 to 10. This is possible with the basic operations +, -, * and / .

1 = (2-1) * (8-7)2 = (2-1) + (8-7)3 = (2+1) * (8-7)4 = (2+1) + (8-7)5 = (8+7) / (2+1)6 = (2*7) - (8*1)7 = (8+7-1) / 28 = (8+7+1) / 29 = (2*8) - (7*1)10 = (2*8) - (7-1)
