This is a substitution cipher ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Substitution_cipher ) where the first x letters of the alphabet are replaced by a keyword.

With keyword ZEBRAS :-
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz is replaced with
ZEBRASCDFGHIJKLMNOPQTUVWXY
